We offer support for challenges in the organizational and social work environment (OSA).

This can range from conflicts and stress to suspicions of abusive treatment or harassment.

We conduct thorough investigations based on research, proven methodology, and current regulations (AFS 2025). The focus is on identifying factors that negatively affect the work environment – such as group difficulties, stress symptoms, or organizational deficiencies. The investigation is tailored to your needs and the unique circumstances of the situation.

Workplace conflicts rarely resolve themselves. We work with a structured method to analyze and manage conflicts between individuals or groups. With extensive experience, we offer safe guidance in often sensitive and complex contexts.
We investigate suspicions of abusive treatment, harassment, and sexual harassment according to OSA and anti-discrimination law. Our consultants are trained in the Fact Investigation method and have broad expertise in psychology, behavioral science, and work environment legislation.
All our investigators are experienced and qualified – behavioral scientists, licensed psychologists, and psychotherapists. Thanks to documented good results, we have framework agreements with municipalities and universities, among others.
