LifeWise offers work psychology services to companies and individuals. We cater to both public and private sectors, supporting your organization to increase efficiency and health through our tailored consulting services. We are based in Malmö and Lund and offer services throughout Skåne. Our ambition is to always match the client’s needs with the right expertise to provide you with the best possible value.

We are licensed psychologists, licensed social workers, certified coaches, behavioral scientists, and experts in crisis, trauma, and team development, among others. LifeWise was founded in 2006 in Sweden by Kay Sanderson. Kay wanted to offer high-quality organizational services and therapies with a personal touch. The company started in Lund but quickly established operations in Malmö and Helsingborg. In May 2022, the company was acquired by Prima Vård (www.primavard.se) and is now part of the Prima Arbetsliv business area, a part of the Prima Group. The business area also includes BrolinWestrell, Kris och Traumacentrum, Företagshälsan i Jönköping, Företagshälsan Runstenen, ArbetslivsPartner, and Skaraborgshälsan. The main owner of the Prima Group is the Nordstjernan foundation.

Our team

We have more than 20 consultants working with us who are specialists in their field. LifeWise’s management team includes Karin Andrén, CEO, Kay Sanderson, Founder, Customer Relations and Senior Advisor, Olof Johansson, Operations Manager for Wise Living, and Ingela Lassing, Administrator and Coordinator.
